These Terms govern your use of spartancommandintelligence.com and your purchase of any digital products we offer. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational purpose only
All content and products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing is a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, or other instrument. Receiving our content does not create any advisory, fiduciary, broker, dealer, or client relationship. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes. Markets carry risk and you can lose money. Consult your own licensed professionals before acting.
2. Digital products and license
When you purchase a digital product (such as a PDF playbook), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, or create derivative works from the product, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
3. Payment and delivery
Card payments are processed by Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Bitcoin payments receive the discount shown and are fulfilled after on-chain confirmation. Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is verified. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.
4. Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion if a product was not delivered or was materially defective. To request a review, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorized access, no automated scraping or abuse of our forms, and no use that violates applicable law.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or products. Past performance and any example or figure is not a promise or prediction of future results.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you use the site or make a purchase is the version that applies.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
