This Privacy Policy explains what information Spartan Command Intelligence ("we", "us") collects when you use spartancommandintelligence.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you sign up for the newsletter or submit a "Work With Us" inquiry, we collect your email address, phone number, and (optionally) your name and area of interest.
- Consent records. When you sign the newsletter disclaimer, we record your typed name, the disclaimer version, the date and time, and your IP address as evidence of your agreement.
- Purchase information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive confirmation of payment and the product purchased.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data (IP address, user agent) to deliver and secure the site, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots on our forms.
2. How we use your information
- To send you the newsletter and other communications you requested.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask about.
- To deliver and confirm purchases of digital products.
- To keep a record of your consent and to protect the site against abuse and fraud.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Brevo — email delivery for the newsletter.
- Google — lead records (Sheets) where applicable.
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and bot protection (Turnstile).
These providers process your information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the newsletter and services, to maintain records of consent and purchases, and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
5. Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
- You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
6. Children
This site and its content are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in effect when you use the site is the version that applies. Material changes apply going forward.
